Step 1. Open uTorrent
Step 2: Click Options --> Preferences
Step 3: Click advanced tab on the left portion
Step 4: Type "offer" in filter box and double click offers.sponsored_torrent_offer_enabled to change it to false.
Step 5: Click apply and then OK.
Step 6: Restart uTorrent to see changes.
